Corridor Strategy
We help municipalities and district organizations determine what a corridor needs and where to concentrate effort. Our analysis connects business conditions, building use, access, and daily activity to the needs of the people who live and work there.
The work can include business recruitment priorities, recommendations for underused properties, public investment priorities, and a phased action plan identifying responsibilities and dependencies.
Research & Analysis
We investigate economic conditions, local demand, mobility and access, land use, and community needs to help clients understand a place and make informed decisions.
Assignments can include market and feasibility studies, policy analysis, and progress reporting. Clearly sourced reports, maps, and comparisons explain the findings, make assumptions visible, and identify what the evidence supports.
Property Strategy
We help property owners, nonprofits, and public agencies determine how buildings and land could be used. We consider physical constraints, surrounding demand, ownership goals, and the investment and operating requirements of each option.
Deliverables can include reuse recommendations, development comparisons, and a sequence for securing the partners, funding, and approvals needed to proceed.
Implementation
We help clients carry plans into action by coordinating the organizations, funding decisions, approvals, and projects involved. We establish responsibilities, work through dependencies, and address the conditions holding progress back.
An engagement can include a shared implementation plan, partner coordination, and ongoing support as decisions move into delivery.
District Stewardship
We help municipalities and district organizations address persistent problems, unclear responsibilities, and gaps in coordination. We work with the people responsible for a district to establish shared priorities, make decisions together, and organize the work around their available resources.
Engagements can include governance recommendations, board and staff working sessions, annual work plans, and ongoing advisory support. Progress reviews help clients assess what’s changing and decide where to adjust their effort.
