Functional Diversity Diagnostics · Planned

Rhize will complete Functional Diversity Diagnostics for both Downtown Fayetteville and Highway 85, establishing a starting baseline for each corridor as a subconsultant to Terra Alma.

The findings will inform Terra Alma’s retail and restaurant recruitment strategy, supported by Strata’s market and feasibility analysis. Together, this work will help the City guide redevelopment and attract businesses that serve residents and visitors alike.
